Files and folders
- Nested folders, breadcrumbs, list and grid views
- Drag-and-drop and file-picker uploads with per-file progress, retry and cancel
- Search by name or tag, filter and sort
- Starred and recent files, bulk move, delete and download
- Trash with a retention window, and version history on paid plans
- Safe previews for common images, PDFs, text, audio and video. Other types show details and a Download button
Sharing
- Share with people who have a Spaces account as viewer (or contributor on shared workspace folders)
- Public links with an expiry, optional password, download limit and verified-recipient restriction
- Revoke or rotate a link at any time. Revocation stops new downloads immediately
- Recipients see only the file name, type and size until any checks pass
Safety
- Every upload is quarantined and malware-scanned before it can be downloaded or shared
- Executables and scripts are refused; file contents are checked against their extension
- Short-lived signed download URLs, private storage and strict access checks on every request
- Email verification, authenticator-app MFA and recovery codes
Teams
- Business workspaces with owner, admin and member roles
- Pooled storage and explicit folder permissions
- Member invitations, removal and ownership transfer
- Audit trail for sharing and membership changes

Single sign-on (SSO), SCIM provisioning and end-to-end encrypted vaults are planned as separate, future work and are not offered today.
