Privacy Notice
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the files and folder names you store, sharing and access records, technical logs needed for security, and billing status from our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the service, keep it secure, prevent abuse, take payments and send service and security messages. Optional messages can be turned off in Settings.
File contents
Files are encrypted at rest using provider-managed keys and are scanned for malware by an isolated service. Support and administrators cannot browse your files in routine operations.
Providers
Hosting (Vercel), database, authentication and storage (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Brevo). Check each provider's data location and terms; UK-region deployment is preferred but not assumed.
Retention and deletion
Files follow your plan's retention rules. Closing your account revokes sessions and shares immediately and deletes your content after a short grace period. We retain minimal billing and audit records where required.
Your rights
You can export your account metadata from Settings and request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
