Pricing and limits
Limits use decimal units (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). Malware scanning, encryption at rest, access checks, MFA, and link expiry and passwords are included on every plan.
Paid prices have not been published yet, and checkout stays switched off until they are. The limits below are the proposed defaults and may change before launch.

What the limits mean
- Free files expire. A Free upload is deleted 14 days after it finishes uploading (scanning time counts). We show the exact expiry before, during and after upload, and remind you 72 and 24 hours ahead.
- Upgrading removes age-based expiry for files that have not already been queued for deletion. Deleted files cannot be brought back. Existing share links keep their original expiry.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the paid period. Files left after a move back to Free get a 30-day grace period before they are deleted.
- The download allowance counts downloads we authorise at the file's full size. Retries can count again, so it is not an exact cap on data transferred.
